I don’t speak any other language. How can I know what is on your site if I don’t understand it? Having a translated version of your site is fine.

I prefer Personal/Blog style sites but am also happy to host portfolios, forums etc.
Only upload what you need
Do not upload things that are not related to your site. It takes up your space. If you no longer need something, delete it. Your sub-domain should also not be used as storage, especially for anything illegal or pornographic. If illegal content is found you will be deleted immediately without notice.
Need help, ask for it.
I am happy to answer any questions, or install any programs you require for your website within reasonable limits. If I don’t know the answer to something, or if I can’t help you I will do my best to point you in the right direction =)
No crude layouts
Pornographic, racist, literally disturbing etc = deleted site. I am not against sexy or artistic layouts, (considering some of mine are like that) there is nothing wrong with artistic nudity. However there is a line. You know what that line is, don’t pretend that you don’t 
Kids still roam the interwebs! If you want to run a porn site go buy your own domain and host it there. If I see a crude layout, your account will be deleted immediately without notice. If you have any doubts about an image, send it to me and I will let you know.
Update Often
I understand what it’s like to not be able to update for a long period of time. School, work and extra curricular actives (even friends lol) can get in the way of your personal time. But what is the point in having a site if you don’t update? If it has been an excessive amount of time (say, 6 months), I will contact you and inquire as to whether you still wish to have your site up.

- Your url (If you have a site, but if it is not on the web yet, get a freewebs account like geocities and upload it, or take a screen cap of some of your work and attach that to the email.)
- Sub-domain you would like

- A brief description of the site
